Shekib Shaker

Shekib a specialist practitioner, passionate about change and innovation has been helping organisations develop practical improvement solutions to build capabilities and sustainably transform organisational culture. He has been coaching, mentoring, consulting and training for a variety of industries including hospitality, education, automotive, manufacturing , creative, finance, primary, not-for-profit, and local government.

Drawing on his experience of 21 years in product development and innovation working with some of the major brands including Bosch, Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai/Kia in Australia, Germany, Japan and Korea and leading multinational teams based in Australia, China, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain, and US, Shekib delivers practical solutions for people development and process improvement that translate to a culture based on collaboration, staff engagement and innovation. His engineering approach to business and in-depth knowledge of human behaviour help organisations strengthen their leadership and innovation capabilities for better performance and stronger growth.

Shekib has a double degree in Engineering (Hons.) and Applied Science from RMIT University in Melbourne. He’s a certified Executive Coach with International Coach Federation (ICF), Workplace Trainer and Trainer’s Trainer. Shekib appears as a speaker in various business forums in Australia and Asia and as a guest lecturer at RMIT University. He has lived in 8 countries and speaks 4 languages. His autobiography describing the journey from an Afghan refugee boy to a double-degree graduate in Australia (The Little Nomad) was short-listed in Lord Mayor’s Creative Writing Awards in Melbourne in 2011.



Dr. Kamilla Shaker

Kamilla is a health and wellbeing researcher with a decade of biomedical experience working mainly on projects relating to innovative cancer treatment technologies, like using artificial virus particles to kill cancer cells. She studied Biotechnology in Poland and earned a Doctoral degree in Genetics from Technical University Munich in Germany for the work on a rare cancer of the endocrine system (MEN II). Her scientific work resulted in public presentations for audiences on four continents, articles in international journals, and a chapter for a book discussing a new approach to cancer treatment Telomerase inhibition.

Since 1988 Dr. Shaker has been investigating alternative medicine strategies as well as psychological and meta-physical concepts of health and illness achieving a number of self-healing outcomes including infections, digestive, sight, and skin problems. Her research and interests today focus on nutrition, energy medicine, and the role of the subconscious in health.

Dr. Shaker is also a corporate trainer for Health and Wellbeing, holding a number of certificates from Germany, Japan and Australia in areas including Communication, Performance Coaching and Workplace Training. She has lived in four countries and is trilingual.



Jane E. S. McIntosh

Jane McIntosh is a business growth specialist, and expert in assisting business owners to create and implement core strategies and systems for dramatically improving performance and profits. She provides practical strategic advice to grow and strengthen businesses.

Jane’s business experience includes financial services, logistics, retail, manufacturing, IT, business services, hospitality, agribusiness, professional services and education and training.  She has built, managed and sold a number of businesses, and knows what it takes to develop a business from ‘start-up to success’. Her management and leadership experience includes roles in strategic marketing and distribution, business development, business strategy and planning, project management and e-commerce, consulting, and as a business owner.  She brings to your business a unique combination of hard and soft skills, a mind for sharp analytics, as well as a deep understanding of the psychology of human behaviour.

An enduring passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with others led Jane to continuing academic studies and contributions in education, industry training, and lecturing in leadership and management, communications, organisational behaviour and change management. She has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Applied Science (PE), Graduate Diploma in Education, and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management. Jane is also an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a certified Performance Coach and practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and has formal training in business and executive coaching.



Thomas Staender

Thomas has been developing and conducting seminars and workshops as a trainer and coach for international clients since 1997 supporting German and international companies in their change and integration efforts. His main focus has been intercultural management, multinational team development, expatriate coaching, international virtual team development, and intercultural conflict resolution.

Regarding diversity in corporate culture as a key to international business success, Thomas has undertaken assignments with the renowned Goethe Institute, developed and facilitated proprietary intercultural learning programs and workshops, and consulted on preparation of remote project teams and on organisational change for joint-venture partners.

Thomas studied English, German and Swedish language and literature and trained in business administration. A graduate of the Teacher Training College at Uppsala University in Sweden and the University of New South Wales in Australia, Thomas is a licensed facilitator of Argonaut™ platform for assessment of intercultural competence, and a LIFO® analyst (assessment of behaviour styles). He has carried out cross-cultural training in 10 countries and speaks five languages.



Dr. Theva Thevakumar

Theva is a medical General Practitioner. He graduated in medicine in the United Kingdom in 1992. He completed his postgraduate training in Family Medicine and obtained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP UK) in 1996. In 1999 he moved with his family to Australia and a year later became a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr. Theva is currently a Principal Partner in a medical practice in the metropolitan Melbourne area.

He is very passionate about preventative medicine, managing stress, fighting obesity and diabetes, and has helped many people including corporate clients successfully deal with these issues. He is committed to educating people about prevention and early recognition of these medical conditions and about living a happy, healthy, stress-free and fulfilled life. He has lived in 3 countries and is bilingual.
